This showing service is a One-Stop shop for buyers agents. We use this service to make showing your home as easy as possible for the buyers agents that want to show your home. After the buyers agent shows your home they are immediatly and automatically sent an email to request for feedback. Generally, the sellers will see that feedback within hours. The Centralized Showing Service also allows Katie to research area showings and find out how many showings the area or subdivision are getting on a daily basis.
Customized Marketing Plan
